1. General stipulations and definitions
1.1 These terms and conditions are constituting and governing the contractual relationship between the User, as defined below, and PTP Online LTD.
1.2 PTP Online LTD (hereinafter “PTP”) provides the Services, as defined below, at PokerTourPortal.com. PTP is a company incorporated in England with company number 6294880.
1.3 For the purposes of this Agreement, the terms below shall exclusively be defined as follows.
Personal information is the information the User provides at the registration.
Poker Partner is a company that has made an agreement with PTP of marketing their poker tournaments.
Service is poker tournament reminders that Webspace provides to the Users. The reminders consist of information about poker tournaments from the Poker Partners of PTP. The reminders will be sent to the User by either text message or E-mail. The reminders are divided into two different levels.
Level 1 – Active reminders. The User actively chooses to be reminded of a poker tournament. The user is free to choose as many active reminders as he/she wants. No level 1 reminder will be sent unless the User actively chooses so.
Level 2 – Automatic reminders. The User is automatically reminded of tournaments. The automatic reminders will be sent with a fixed number of text messages and e-mails every month from each Poker Partner connected to PTP. The number of Poker Partners and the number of automatic reminders can vary from time to time. The automatic reminders will be sent irrespective of whether the User chooses or not.
User is an individual who has signed up as a user at PokerTourPortal.com and agreed to the terms and conditions for using the Service
2. The Users Obligations
2.1 The Service that PokerTourPortal.com provides is totally free of charge for the User.
2.2 The User agrees to receive a fixed number of text messages and e-mails every month from each Poker Partner. The number of reminders can change from time to time.
2.3 The User shall provide name, address, phone number and e-mail address at the registration. The name and address will only be used to verify the authenticity of the User and the phone number and e-mail address will only be used for the fulfilment of the Service.

3. PTP’s Obligations
3.1 PTP is obliged to send the required tournament information to the User.
3.2 If the User terminates the agreement, PTP is obliged to remove the User from the Service as soon as possible.
4. Termination
4.1 The User can terminate this contract at any time. From the termination point, the User has no further obligations stipulated in these terms and conditions towards PTP.
4.2 If impediment to perform the Service arises, PTP can terminate this agreement at any point.
4.3 If damages arises in cause of this agreement, no other claim than to terminate the contract can be made towards the other party.
5. Personal information
5.1 As stated above, the name and address will only be used to verify the authenticity of the user and the phone number and e-mail address will only be used for the Service. No information that the User provides at the registration will be used for other purposes than to fulfil the Service.
5.2 PTP will with reasonable actions protect the personal information.
6. Tournament information
6.1 The information in the Service is based on information provided by the Poker Partners. PTP does not guarantee the validity of the information included in the Services.
7. Governing law
7.1 These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with and be governed by the Laws of Sweden, without any reference to its conflict of law principles. |
